Personal Training
For local clients*, I offer custom personal training services to achieve your fitness goals. All workout sessions are private and individualized and will leave you feeling energized, positive, stronger and more physically empowered.
What you can expect from our workout sessions:
I will design workouts geared to you and any limitations you may have.
Our 60 minute workout sessions will be challenging but specific to your needs. They will incorporate intervals of fat burning coupled with comprehensive weight lifting and your own body weight as resistance.
You will also get three individualized, custom workout programs to draw from when travelling. You can take these programs on vacation, business trips or just to your main gym and enjoy a great workout anytime.
